Resilience and Wellbeing
Our Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching services offer employees time and space to rebuild their confidence and capacity to tackle their critical challenges, with renewed optimism and clarity.
Our services are designed to address individual dilemmas as well as being able to provide practical training that embeds a healthy resilient culture across any organisation.
Why Now
Over the last year, we have witnessed first hand the toll that months of uncertainty and anxiety are having on people in our client organisations. The added challenges of working from home, managing teams virtually and meeting the demands of a highly dynamic competitive landscape are very real. Many people who have until now been highly productive and positive are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and depleted. While this is a normal human response to such challenges, our Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching services offers leaders and their teams time and space to refocus and rebuild their confidence and capacity to move forward.
We have developed a range of services from an On-call Response for individuals to a comprehensive programme for developing a sustainable resilient culture across the organisation, as outlined below.
Time to Refuel
What do we mean by resilience?
“Resilience is our ability to adapt. It is our capacity for change.” At its heart, it is the capacity of a person or an organisation to maintain its core purpose and cohesion in the face of change. Yet, change is difficult because people resist the pain of change and the fear of the unknown. If leaders want to enable change, they need to create an environment where their people feel psychologically safe and able to flourish rather than fearful of their futures.
A recent study found that 82% of respondents believe that the need to show resilience is high in the workplace and yet, only 10% felt confident that this was manageable.
With recent insights from neuroscience and sports sciences, we have a greater understanding of what the barriers and enablers of resilience are and the practical tools and strategies that will strengthen our resilience. Investment in resilience is investment in our wellbeing because resilience acts as a buffer to the negative side of stress. When our resilience is high, we have more energy, more perspective, more capacity and a clearer focus.
