Leadership Workshop, CIMA London December 2016

Pure Potential was commissioned to run the CIMA “Leadership Excellence Workshop – Essential skills for upgrading your leadership” held at CIMA’s headquarters in London on 7th December. This workshop was jointly presented and facilitated by Neville and Olwyn Merritt, directors of Pure Potential Development Ltd. Topics included Leadership Styles: characteristics and application to different business scenarios; Engaging and Maintaining High Performance Teams: motivation and empowerment; Influencing Without Authority; and Communicating to Influence.
