Inspiring The Future

Another of our community initiatives is supporting the Inspiring The Future programme, which connects school children with the world of work. This gives children from junior school upwards the opportunity to engage with people from all aspects of work so they are more aware of the range of career opportunities available, and can build their education path accordingly. In March 2026 Neville visited Springfield School in Portsmouth to speak to 250 Year 7 pupils about career planning considerations that can be started at any age. The inspirational graphic in the school reception exactly matched the key message in Neville’s talk!
