Attracting the best talent to join your organisation can be a challenge, particularly when there is fierce completion for good people in areas of high employment. On 28th April, Neville Merritt presented a Breakfast Briefing at the Surrey Technology Centre in Guildford for the Enterprise M3 Growth Hub (LEP). Neville explained the significance of developing a great Employer Brand; why this matters to candidates; how leaders, hiring managers and recruiters can successfully attract the best people and finally share a 10 step process to building an Employer Brand. This event was very successful and we have already been asked to run the event for other LEPs.
